The Dr was fine I am failing to understand how the billing office is refusing the submit a claim under Medicare as an inextricably linked service. I have provided all documentation and even references for what code groups they should be submitting under with the claim and are still refusing to process the claim. I have sent certified letters with federal statues attached on how to handle cases like mine and yet I'm still waiting for any response at all. This is the best dental procedure that I have ever gone through,.Dr Tentindo and his staff are very good at keeping pain to a minimum,they are punctual and friendly.

As prepayment I was charged way more than insurance amount for my daughters tooth extraction. After insurance adjustment I should get a refund of around 40% (given some reason for not refunding 20% of this)of my payment. Even after frequent follow ups, I haven’t received my refund yet even after 5 months. But for the billing practice, facility and doctor were great.
Just had initial step for getting a tooth implant. Bad tooth had to be pulled in pieces. Next, he had to remove bone that was weakened by infection and replace it with cadaver bone. This process took less than 15 minutes. Once the bones bond together in about three months, my dentist will screw in a new fake tooth. I’m pretty impressed by the talent and speed of Dr. Tintendo. I thought I would have been there for a couple of hours.
