Dr. Smith took his time to explain MRI results, surgery procedures, etc. in such a clear and educational way, which made us feel better. God opened the door for me to come to Dr. Smith, who is by far the best Doctor. He takes his time to explain and demonstrate what needs to be done. Ms. Rhonda is absolutely the kindest and most caring person. She helped me with everything, from fighting with insurance to having my SI Joint fusions for 5 months. I will be forever grateful for them.
One of the smartest and most attentive doctors I've ever spoken to.
Had surgery on my C4-C5 and for some unknown reason wasn't put into a C-collar and as such just found out my neck never healed properly and will require another surgery to fix the first surgery. Additionally the doctor refused to prescribe me with physical therapy. Furthermore his office staff is rude and unprofessional. They billed me for something they weren't supposed to and never even let me know of this alleged bill and I only became aware of such due to it being sent to collections.
