Dr. Smith and his team are very competent and explain everything in an easily understandable way. I had no issues with anyone in the office. Since he’s a popular surgeon appointments book up fast so just try to book appointments as early as possible. Surgery staff was also great! It was my first ever surgery and I felt so comfortable and everyone was very patient. I highly recommend Dr. Smith and his team!
He was my brain surgeon to remove the tumor off of my pituitary. The career from him was excellent with excellent bedside manner and took time to explain things in detail all along the way. The level of care was exceptional from the staff as well. I even heard the staff saying this is Dr. Smith’s patient so you know we better be top-notch. It was a stellar experience all the way through!
Dr. Smith took his time to explain MRI results, surgery procedures, etc. in such a clear and educational way, which made us feel better. He was beyond kind and patient, and made the visit feel less scary because of his compassion. He was very personable, but in a truly genuine way. God opened the door for me to come to Dr. Smith, who is by far the best Doctor. He takes his time to explain and demonstrate what needs to be done. Ms. Rhonda is absolutely the kindest and most caring person. She helped me with everything, from fighting with insurance to having my SI Joint fusions for 5 months. I will be forever grateful for them.
