I booked an appointment for yearly/testing checkup through Zocdoc. Several days later i arrive to my appointment and am waiting at the front door to be let in for 10 minutes but nobody is answering. So i locate the number to the office which, the internet provided number was incorrect, so i had to go back to Zocdoc to find the number. I write reviews very very rarely. But this time I just have to share how great all my experiences with this office have been! Doctor Anna Grigoryan is my absolutely favorite doctor ever. She lets me talk and I don’t feel rushed at all. She doesn’t mind answering many questions and is always happy to educate me! All my visits have been very professional and, believe it or not, fun! This is my husband account I'm just passing by to recommend this wonderful doctor, this was certainly the best experience I've had at a gynecologist
Mancuso herself was great. However, this practice is awful. On ZocDoc it showed in network, everything was confirmed in office. The practice billed both my office visit AND my labs as out of network. Magically there were reimbursement checks for a portion of this but I have 0 faith that these are the only charges. Additionally, no one reached out to me for 6 months to provide my results until the billing department called for payments. Awful practice and I will never return
