We had an wonderful experience with Greg and his team. They provided excellent guidance on product selection, worked closely with our architect and contractor, and installed the awning with precision and care. They were very pleasant to work with and we are very pleased with the final result. I would highly recommend Greg Sahagian and Son, Inc.
It's all paid or close friends reviews here! They're absolutely horrible to work with. They took the deposit almost 4 months ago and still nothing. They make me wait for building department excuses but there is no proofs that they even submit my permit application or they build my awning! No timely response to emails or calls! Super regret and super upset that why I work with these guys! Absolutely trash customer service and zero RESPECT! If I don't get response from them another week, I will ask my money back and never ever... read more
