We had a major problem with our awning and other companies we called said they didn’t even work on this brand. GSS was very prompt. I sent them pictures and they setup a service call the same day. The technician Paulie diagnosed and fixed the problem within minutes of arriving. He could have easily told us that our awning motor needed to be replaced and we would have been none the wiser. We had an wonderful experience with Greg and his team. They provided excellent guidance on product selection, worked closely with our architect and contractor, and installed the awning with precision and care. They were very pleasant to work with and we are very pleased with the final result. I would highly recommend Greg Sahagian and Son, Inc.
It's all paid or close friends reviews here! They're absolutely horrible to work with. They took the deposit almost 4 months ago and still nothing. They make me wait for building department excuses but there is no proofs that they even submit my permit application or they build my awning! No timely response to emails or calls! Super regret and super upset that why I work with these guys! Absolutely trash customer service and zero RESPECT!
