Dr Helm is one of the kindest people I have ever met in my life. He is an excellent diagnostician and an excellent provider for long term pain management. I highly recommend this physician.

Terrible. Ignored my concerns, ignored my symptoms, made fun of my pain, and I did not get treatment for what turned out to be advanced and severe endometriosis until I went to a new practice.
I got better in their care. The whole patient experience was as pleasant as could be considering the specialty and nobody I know of WANTS to be part of that club. Was treated both in person and with telehealth visits.
Great doctor. Very patient and knowledgable. The only downside to the doctor himself, is the time he takes with you he takes with others and is therefore is often very late.His office staff is very hard to work with. Between office visits there is no way to reach Dr. Binion himself. His nurse will routinely contradict information relayed in the doctor's appointment. Messages are dismissive and aggressive. I was impressed with all the staff I interacted with during my appointment. They are attentive, take notes, and they are always so patient & pleasant.
I had a pre-op appointment for an upcoming surgery on September 17th, EKG, blood work, etc. Everyone in the office was very professional. Dr. Kambic and his assistant took the time to talk to me concerning my situation. Everything went very smoothly.
This was the first time I saw this provider and I was very pleased with all we talked about concerning my health.
