I’m 101 years old and Dr Bussell Always treats me great. He takes his time and never rushed through the appointment.

Dr Bussell is very kind and personable. He is very knowledgeable and informative. In my situation, together we chose the path of least resistance. I have never been to an ENT before. I am so grateful that I found him.

2 stars for having a smile and being kind. But the communication was lacking , sent me for an allergy test 30min away, got a phone call the day before to confirm- I expressed I had a cold and was never told anything about not coming in. The young man confirmed my appointment, came in next day and he didnt allergy test me because of the cold, stating “we just want your immune system to be normal as possible.” So tell me on the phone when you interrupted my evening to confirm the appointment?!
