Super Doctor. Pleasant and extremely knowledgeable.
Doctor Gregory Randall is superior, he explained everything to me, I have total faith and trust in him. Articulate with his explanations, knowledge beyond belief, so glad I made the trip from Rhode Island to meet with this man. Definitely a doctor in a league of his own.
Similar to the review a patient left 5 months ago, Dr Randolph was condescending, impatient, arrogant and aggressive. I certainly didn't feel cared for and will get my thyroid surgery done elsewhere. Update 2025: During my visit in 2024, Dr Randolph insisted that the odds of my thyroid nodule being cancerous were very high and I'd be foolish not to have half my thyroid removed. I was sent to Dr. Randolph first in 2017, for bilateral vocal cord paralysis, after a total thyroidectomy with lymph nodes to remove papillary carcinoma was performed by my local ENT. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. I was amazed to see that there were patients who had traveled from distant countries in the waiting room. In 2023, when I had a flare up of symptoms he made sure to get me in quickly and ordered imaging.
