As usual, after I've been a patient with a doctor for 2-3 years, everything changes. Dr. Greg Hoffman was quite good when I first began seeing him. He seemed to care and didn't seem to mind when I would question something. I am after all a retired nurse. My last visit didn't go well at all. I still have issues with blood pressure and that frustrates every doctor I've seen for the last 15 years. Dr. Gregory Hoffman is my favorite doctor at the South Sandy Clinic. He is highly organized. Something I highly value because it takes less of my time. He is intelligent, and insightful. He really knows what he is doing. I use him as my regular doctor and when I need a colon check. My father died of colon cancer and I have lots of popups. I believe Dr. Hoffman is a reason I won't die of colon cancer.
Dr. Gregory Hoffman at South Sandy Clinic is TERRIBLE! Luckily he is not my regular doctor at the clinic but I had the unfortunate experience to have to deal with him while my regular doctor, Dr. Jennifer Sutton was out of town (who is GREAT by the way). He's rude, he's uncaring, he's arrogant, and he does not have any of the qualities a good doctor should have in my opinion.
I really needed a caring doctor to listen to me and help me through my situation. I felt like he did not believe me or care and was just giving me the standard routine, which was caused more problems then I had before I went to see the doctor. I would not recommend this doctor to any of my friends.
Understanding – I had been looking for a new primary care doctor for months and being leary of the ones I had seen. Dr. Hoffman was kind, and understanding. He even told me he thought of me after going home after my one visit....I have problems with blood pressure being to high. His concern was quite a refreshing surprise. Dr. Hoffman changed two of my medications and I told him I am sensitive to many but so far I am doing ok. he is a good doctor, but I would love more attention to deta – he is a good doctor, but I would really hate suggesting something to my doctor, when actually it should be other way around. I should get an advice on everything, or if I have a problem and procedure needs to be done I do not want to come up with it. Doctor should advice. Results of my biopsy I got in the letter... Was it so hard to call me?
