Had a great experience my first time at this office. Lindsey was sweet and gentle while taking my X-rays which is always the most uncomfortable part for me!
I have been going to Dr Bowen for over 20 years. For convenience I tried a dentist near my house after moving across town. The dentist I switched to told me I needed to have a root canal and did not explore any other solutions. I wanted to get a second opinion so I went back to Dr. Bowen. He checked me out and wanted to try a crown first. That absolutely did the job and I no longer have pain after several months. Waited for hour and fifteen minutes just to be told they wanted to cancel my appointment but couldn’t find my number. I still had not been seen and was told it would be another 45 minutes so I left without being seen.
