Should have known something was not right about this place. First step is they get your credit card number. Completely backwards way of doing business. Tech shows up and spends about 2 hours and then advises he has to get the tool that communicates with this fork lift. I advised them what fork lift it was long before the tech even comes out. Probably should have the basics tools before coming out to inspect the fork lift. The next day spends about an hour and then advises that the battery is the problem should be replaced. A... read more
