GO SOMEWHERE ELSE....ANYWHERE ELSE!!!! Bought forklift - mirror bracket broken, battery won't hold charge, lights don't work, fluid levels low. Promised list of all maintenance done when purchasing...Didn't get s^%$! Damn machine wasn't even wiped down - dirty/greasy as hell...looks more like it should be going into shop than out of shop!!! Maintenance tech sent out doesn't know machine!! Once sold...you're SOL with this company.
The absolute WORST service ever. This business seems to be more concerned with billing that providing any service. Trust me, you will get the same answer every time to service requests, "the parts are on order" However, I have personally seen "on order" last for weeks. My company has lost so much revenue due to their poor service and lack of knowledge, and the service manager is about as approachable as a nest of angry wasps.
