Working to rent a mini excavator from Gregory Poole for one day was a good experience. The equipment was nearly new and worked perfectly. The professionals at Gregory Poole were all outstanding men and woman. I only need this kind of rental every 5 years or so, I am not any kind of expert, yet I was not made to feel unqualified, they were confident in me and that helps. This Gregory Poole CAT Branch is the best Branch in the country in my opinion , Everything from customer service to the Certified CAT Mechanics. Just phenomenal! If and when you happen to call for CAT service to your equipment, Hopefully KATIE or Chelsea Answers the phone for you,, they go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need to get that equipment back to work and keep your job going!!
