Went there to pick up some oil samples and to drop off two samples. Have not received the results and cannot get anyone on the phone to follow up on or to help find our now lost oil samples. Same with email, nobody returns emails. Now I have to go back to the vessel, extract two more samples and send them somewhere more reliable.
