Very quick and efficient in getting my equipment unloaded In-N-Out, thank you Matt for helping me and being polite.
The machine and deal are fine. On the compact equipment end, my experience is awful with sales and service. Slow, low information, poor availability, more ready to say 'no' , pass the blame or ignore than work to get a well sourced answer to a question. Owner operators and very small business: Poole and Cat can't see you and you'll need a cattle prod if you're expecting an answer on anything other than the most basic vanilla configuration of the most common equipment.
