My mother and I have been seeing Dr. Polar for several years. The office is clean and everybody is professional. OVERALL: I recommend this office
Dr. polar was very professional, but I regret not reading the reviews properly. I went to have a mole removed from my face. The mole was very tiny, but the scar left after the removal was larger than the mole itself. I went for a follow-up due to the scar, and the doctor told me something really painful - that people with my skin tone sometimes experience this outcome which was not explained before procedure. What a great experience, both the doctor and the practice. Easy to schedule an appointment with helpful schedulers; a polite and friendly welcome by the staff; almost no wait (for two us!). And Dr. Polar was absolutely terrific -- a thorough screening, he had actually looked at my file in advance, he asked just the right questions, and he did NOT talk down to me. What a great experience. This is what medicine should be like at all practices!
Dr. Polar was amazing, as well as the staff! Highly recommend him! Fast, friendly, and accommodating office. So grateful to have found him!
