Overall, not a great experience. Poor communication, including absent promises, is a feature of this business. Additional problems include a lack of attention to detail (silicone was left on tiling) and unsupervised apprentices (placed large rocks/ old terracotta piping over the new piping, instead of sand, which cracked the new pipes).
