I recently visited Dr. Thurston for a bothersome tooth and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. He was thorough during the examination and testing process and explained every step in great detail. Not only did he identify the issue, but he also gave me some great recommendations. Please do your research on co-pays collected on behalf of insurance. He is going out of network with Delta in 2024 and planning on phasing out insurance completely. This is not the problem. In the mean time he has staff who do not know basic information like teeth numbers or common codes used or dedicate time/staff to properly assess the actual co-pays. The software has many glitches and charges are adjusted and charged at later dates. It's very confusing and not a good way to practice in my opinion. His attitude is literall... read more

What a fabulous experience with Dr. Thurston and his team. My daughter needed dental care and they were able to get her in quickly. Everyone that we spoke with was caring, upbeat, and kind. We found Dr. Thurston by reviewing Google and internet reviews. There's is a reason why this dental practice is rated so highly...they are fabulous on all fronts.

I've been a patient of Greg's for years now, first when he was at another dental group, and once again when he opened his own practice. He's a fantastic dentist who clearly is passionate about his work, yet has a relaxed approach and engages me in the decision making process. His staff is all very friendly and knowledgeable--do yourself a favor: give them a call and schedule an appointment.
