I was referred to Dr.Tsai for a sleep apnea assessment. Not gonna lie, I have twice now waited a long time to see this guy (45-60 minutes) and the waiting room is unnecessarily noisy with office staff chatter, slamming doors that need fixing and, because the other patients around you are huffing and puffing about the wait, and because it’s ENT, they’re all breathing very audibly, like Darth Vader. Dr. Tsai listens carefully and gives you advice and recommendations on how to alleviate problems. He advises who else to see to resolve problem(s) and material to read. His assistant read my email to him and was able to set me up with an earlier appointment rather than having to wait for an online appt. which I greatly appreciated.
Dr Tsai is one of the best, most comprehensive and competent doctors I have ever seen. He does a thorough exam and while being clearly very bright - explains everything you need to know in a friendly and respectful manner. I look forward to working with home for years to come.
Dr. Tsai is impressive. A pro, he actually read and knew my medical history walking in! He has good bedside manner and an easy smile. I am very skittish about in-office procedures and usually want something to calm me, but his confidence in me put me at ease and made me want to be brave for him. He is a good man and seems to be a doctor who crosses all the "i's" and dots all the "t's" (though you will understand if I say I hope I am healthy and don't have to see him again!).
