Dr. Drake did a revision rotator cuff repair. I’m 8months post-op and have regained 70% range of motion. There’s slight pain with extended use but I think that’s to be expected with back to back surgeries. Overall I feel pretty good and I was happy with the PA, assistants, & WI surgery facility. Shannon from PT was top notch & Olivia was very sweet; some of the other therapists could be a little rough. The billing department is a whole different story. Dr. Drake was very professional and completely thorough in regards to what the rotator cuff surgery entailed. He explained in detail what the recovery would be like. I was very grateful to know what I would need to go through. I would be wearing the sling all the time for 6 weeks. Then I would have physical therapy multiple times a week. I am now at 4 months after surgery and I feel great. I was worried about having the surgery and now I am so glad I did.
