I had a February 29 appointment scheduled back in October or November for 2:15 pm. I called today because I forgot what time my appointment was. I was told that I don't have an appointment scheduled and that they can't schedule it until September. I call my PCP and tell them what has happened and the nurse says she will look into it, calls me back and says she couldn't get a hold of Mock office because they closed at 4:30.
