I have recently had the most horrific experience getting a car repair for a new battery and front brakes. It took well over one week and then after driving away, how conveniently my driver front hubcap falls off no one at the establishment is willing to take responsibility. I will never in my existence go to Gregory Mitsubishi. They are the worst. Additionally, this will affect my consideration of any potentially knew Mitsubishi purchase.
Didn't buy the first car we looked at, but Adrian and Joseu we so friendly and not pushy at all that we looked again at their inventory and found our dream car and were so happy to buy from them, we were put at ease and had such a great experience, I would recommend them 100 percent !
My wife and I came in to trade in our Honda Pilot and purchase a new Outlander. Our salesman, Juan, was a great guy and very honest and up front. We had a great experience with the sales process and management team as well.
