Dr Mensink and her team are amazing. I needed to have 2 surgeries and she is so kind and funny and informative. I am scared of anesthesia nad had a lot of anxiety and she listened to me with compassion ans reassured me many times.
I went in for my first colonoscopy with no desire to be in the building. Outwardly I was polite, but I hate being a patient in a hospital enough that I seriously considered cancelling my procedure. From the start, though, everyone was incredibly warm. I came in early and the receptionist was warm and ready. Almost immediately a nurse came by to coax me into my room.
