I'm not a patient but my young adult children see him. The visits are very short. It doesn't seem like he takes the time to talk or even examine them. Recently one of them went on for a skin infection. He lanced the area without dressing the area or sending someone else is to do it. Dr. Bump has been my PCP for several years since my former PCP, Dr.Marc Laufe, retired. I adored Dr. Laufe and never thought I could find another PCP who was so knowledgeable, responsive and personable. But Dr. Bump has exceeded my expectations! He spends ample time with his patients and seems to genuinely care about one’s health. Also his staff, Lauren, Lisa and all I have encountered are extremely professional and pleasant. I am so thankful to have this level of medical care.
