Coach Erien is a fantastic wellness coach! She is encouraging, patient, kind, knowledgeable, and works very hard to provide you with any and all information and resources that you need to succeed in your wellness program. If you’re considering a wellness program, I would highly recommend her and the entire Medical Direct Care Team!
Dr Fryer is always good at listening and making me feel heard as a patient. He’s very thorough with his testing and recommendations.

I'm currently doing their 6 month wellness program and so far I'm seeing great results as well as getting some answers. I've already lost 20 pounds within 3 months of starting the program. Dr. Fryer is a great doctor and his wife, coach Erein is just wonderful and is coaching me through the program. The entire staff is amazing.
