The front desk staff was totally incompetent when I called to reschedule my colonoscopy procedure. I told the woman that I was sick. She persisted in telling me that I had already canceled one appointment and could not reschedule. This was false. I had never been to Digestive Health Specialists in Bermuda Run before. I'd only just met Dr. Jue a week earlier. I was completely and utterly frustrated. This was total incompetence. I will never go there again.
Scheduling at this facility is brutal. Very poor communication. Telephone staff has poor etiquette, rude, and dismissive. Won't be going there.
The past not sure how many years I've been going to Dr. Vardikas's office but everyone has been polite and very professional. Dr.Vardikas is the best, he explains everything so throughly in a way the patient can understand. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. Keep on doing the awesome and great job you do. Thank you!!!!!
How in the world am I the first to give this beautiful man a review I’ll never know. This doctor genuinely cares about his patients. He is realistic empathetic and I consider him not only my friend but my hero. I’ve been seeing him for 8 years I believe and I have had nothing but complications with my health.
