Asked about private loans or equity loans I guess they don't do loans if ya live in the house that's fully paid off. website very misleading and false advertisement displayed greg told me come back in 6 months when ya rented out your home
It was such a pleasure doing business with the Russell Group. Rachel was always available and so very easy to work with. In our 70’s now, this was the easiest glitch-free financial or real estate transaction we have ever experienced. From my initial phone call, to funding to our bank account took around 10 days….but would have been much sooner had we not had unexpected out of state family visit us for several days, while Rachel waited on us! Surprisingly quick easy paperwork/application as well!
