I cant get thru to a human???... After waiting in cue for a human, it hangs up, or offers voice mail. I would hate to have dental pain and try to get hold of a human here. Sorry, but cant give more than 1 star for this reason.

Dr. Ness is a wonderful doctor. He took very good care of me this past summer, however when calling his office for a post op/ hospital follow up the receptionist was extremely rude and condescending.
