My son is autistic and it is incredible how Dr. Dietz is able to calm him down to get his exam done, with each visit doing a little more dental care than the last. He is very gentle and comforting! My son arrives crying and very overstimulated, but Dr. Dietz is able to put him at ease. He is very knowledgeable and has my son’s best interest at heart, he will not recommend any unnecessary dental work. too much attitude in staff
I love Dr. Dietz and my kids have been going to him for years. The staff has always been so kind and always worked with me. His office manager is very rude and always sent messages through text messages. The tone of the text message was always extremely rude. I've never dealt with a business via text message. Again, Dr. Dietz and his hygienists are wonderful. The office staff however needs to be more professional.
