It is far from Dr. Lindsay's fault of how NCH staff in many of their offices are rude, arrogant and nasty. Dr. Lindsay is a superb doctor in every way.
very rude office , run by NCH which recently was acquired and has made bad customer service worse. it’s frightening to be a patient and think if you find yourself in urgent need that you will have to call and deal with such rude and unhelpful staff . it’s a real take it or leave it attitude to customers. i don’t recommend
