GI Specialist Dr. Bender was very thorough and friendly, fully explaining everything in easy-to-understand layman's terms. She left no stone unturned in trying to solve our medical mystery, and was very gentle and benign, yet professional when discussing uncomfortable subjects. It was sometimes difficult to reach her when needing to speak with her,and the phone system was not the easiest to navigate. However, if I find myself in need of GI services again in the future, I will definitely look her up.
