Because of Doctor Garro's family emergency, they rescheduled me for cleaning. When I showed up for my appointment, Dr, Garro decided to be absent that day and the front desk did not even tried to inform me due to down system. They took down my name and phone number to reschedule my cleaning and never got any calls. Decided to leave for a different dentist, I called to request my record and they don't respond my request for days!
I have tried to schedule a cleaning and Whitening for 3 months now and I have been canceled 2 times. You make an appointment to schedule life around it, NOT TO BE CANCELED every time you made arrangements .. What a waste glad there are other more responsible dentist in town..
If I could give 0 stars I would. I went to Dr. Garro for a cleaning and then some fillings. I've had dental anxiety for quite some time due to a horrible experience at another dentist. Dr. Garro prescribed me something to help with the anxiety. When I walked in they had a bill ready for me. I didn't think anything of it, especially since I had taken Valium half an hour before that. Five stars! Awesome Groupon got me in the door but the wonderful service had me coming back. He did a crown for me. Great work. Will recommend!
