Everyone was very kind and attentive
My appointment was on time. The doctor explained the procedure cand answered questions. Office staff very friendly.
Excellent doctor with a set of great bedside manners. Very thorough, explains options well, and never makes me feel like he is rushed and wants to get out of the office to get to the next patient. I feel heard, understood and well guided toward my options.
Today is the second time my appointment was cancel after I arrived!! Emily the nurse didn’t put order in for the scan till 2/5… which was after my first appt .,, so it was canceled. Today I arrived, they cancel it again .. finds out CT was never scheduled due to order being put in wrong!!! She ordered it for next year instead of this year!! People make mistakes, but she wouldn’t even come out to explain .. she sent the front desk lady to tell me… She has never been patient friendly.. well not to me anyways!!
