I had surgery scheduled with Dr. Gregory L. Eads for August 21, 2026. I had scheduled my mom's surgery, but had to cancel since her health was not well enough to undergo surgery. They did not want to refund me, even though I canceled a month in advance. They never answer and when they do, they will put the blame on you. Do NOT come here, find somewhere else, they will make it hell for you. They do not want to work with you. I thought my mom was exaggerating, but know I see she wasn't.
My wife came to this location. This provider is known in this location for being one of the best with the Davinci Robot. She debated between him and another provider in another location. She was persuaded to go to him by another provider here. She left the operating room with a total hysterectomy instead of partial due to what the doc reported as a complex surgery. I was referred to Dr. Eads for surgery, which he performed in December. My advice to any woman considering this physician is: RUN, don't walk, away, based on my experience. And while performing your due diligence, check the Texas Medical Board for board actions against his license. I am not qualified to speak on Dr. Eads' surgical skills.
