Always a great experience. Dr. Kramer actually cares about his patients.
Normally I would leave 5 stars because of Dr Kramer. Unfortunately I am afraid his new receptionist is another story - I waited at the door for her to finally look up from her mobile phone - even after knocking TWICE - so she might open the door. Upon checking in, she corrected me on my name and the preference for what I wanted to be called - failing to even acknowledge what I said. Honestly, she left a foul taste in my mouth to the point I may look for another doctor no matter how much I like Dr. Kramer.
My wife underwent a cataract surgery on both eyes by Dr Kramer. The whole procedure, before and after, was performed so well, her recovery has been amazing. She’s delighted and I’m so glad, thank you to Dr Kramer and his staff, they all performed like a well synchronized Swiss watch .
