He listens to all my concerns which is rare these days from most doctors. He gives me his recommendation but the care I receive is my choice. He takes his time and is through.
I wish I didn't have to give this doctor any stars just went to him to treat my pelvic pain he prescribed pills that have me bleeding for 3 weeks going on 4. Crying days and nights wanting this bleeding to stop he said he can't help me.
Dr. Kitagawa is the absolute BEST OB/GYN. I have been a patient over 10yrs and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences. He delivered 2 of my children. And was very compassionate and caring when I suffered a miscarriage. He is very down to earth and relates to his patients. I would never see another OB/GYN while he is still practicing.
Pelvic exams are one of my worst nightmares. I put them off forever because theyr'e just.... emotionally harrowing for me. Dr. Kitagawa and the staff made this as painless as humanly possible. 37 years old, and this is the first time I've had a pelvic that didn't cause excruciating pain and leave me wishing I could swap my lower half for wheels.
I have been going to Dr. Kitagawa for years! He is not only an incredible Dr., he's an incredible human being. I wish he could be my primary, but very fortunate to have him as my OBGYN. He listens, I trust him and he just keeps it real with you. He will always do what's in your medical best interest. To top it off, I look forward to his incredible sense of humor.
