I should not have to call in 10 times about abnormal blood work. It is easy for a nurse to look up, she keeps saying it is not in an abnormal blood range when the issue could be stopped easily in its tracks before becoming something with more life treating issues. This is not my job to do! The chart has a simple look up of what my blood work levels look like. This is an ongoing issue that should have been handled 4 years ago!!! That is just one!!! I have been a patient of Dr. Kaupp for over 15 years. He is an excellent doctor who is very through and takes whatever time is needed to address your concerns. I highly recommend him.
