UPDATE: after talking to the nurse Katie (Kathryn), things did not get better. The office failed to send ocer PAT request to our PCP like they stated they did on their telephone call notes. This is the 3rd time the office has made notes stating something was done/discussed and because they are in the notes it must be true however, with them stating they would send things over to Pinnacle when they never do...I called my PCP to verify if anything was sent and they never received the documents for the PAT.
