Honestly so disappointed in this place. We spent 14k here and wanted to get the prongs in my ring fixed. (The diamond was loose after it was sized by the same location and was given back this way). We dropped the ring off, and never heard an update. We called and were assured it would be finished the following Tuesday. Tuesday came, and we went to pick up the ring. The ring was not only not fixed, but marked with sharpie when it was given to me. Apparently the jeweler or whoever was supposed to do the repairs quit some time ... read more

We went into the store in 2020 to pick out my engagement ring, what I chose was supposedly written on the back of a business card. My fiancé was told if he brought the card in, they would know what ring was chosen. That was not the case…. I now have an engagement ring I DID NOT chose. In my opinion the worst part, Greg has been anything but understanding and the store has taken NO responsibility in this major mistake.
