Excellent team for service every time. Cost is reasonable. Waiting lobby is well appointed and if you've got to wait - it's more than comfortable. Had to do an emergency repair during Christmas week right before a planned road trip - and they were absolutely amazing about making sure our family was treated like one of their own. Highly recommend.
Not your typical dealership experience. The salesman was a really nice guy. Down to earth. We found a listing, and actually paid the price that was listed. No stupid “destination” charges, no dock fees… all that stuff that just disappoints you when you go to buy a car. Overall, it was just a good experience. We ended up purchasing the vehicle we came in for.
Former employee. My car sat here from September to December before getting looked at. The department seems to be on the up. The techs are all knowledgeable, but the price per shop hour is high. If you have an infiniti and something MAJOR breaks and needs knowledgeable service, come here. If you need an oil change or any light service, anywhere else will do.
