A chronic problem exists with lack of sufficient visitor parking on the premises. When you drive in there is a long row of cars ?illegally parallel parked along the western side of the building . When I drive down to level B1 there are no parking spots available. Are all these people visitors or are tenants cars parking there? When I attempt to drive down to level B2 (which appears to have empty spaces ) I am stopped because the gate won't open because as I find out later, this level is for tenants only.
