I was told that if I would see the nurse practitioner first then I would be able to have Dr Grant as a primary care physician on my next visit. That is not the case so if anyone is trying to see this Dr you should look elsewhere. The office manager or person making appointments told me incorrectly to get my foot in the door and then DID NOT follow through with what they said
Nice guy but saints service is absolutely abyssamal. Had an appointment with Dr grant 16 days ago had labs drawn 15 days ago, and nothing. Went in Wednesday and talked to their office, because you cannot get a live person on the phone, and asked where my results are? They said they could not print them off with this new system. I asked if you would have him call me, email my results or mail them to me.... Nothing yet. Now I go on an 8 day vacation without knowing anything about my condition.
