Today, 3 months after my total hip replacement by Dr. Polkowski, I spent the entire morning doing heavy gardening. I dug up bushes and plants and transplanted them to new spots. This type of gardening, along with playing ball with the grandkids, are now possible for me. I’m so grateful to Dr. Polkowski and the entire team at Vanderbilt, including the physical therapists Ashley Orth and Emily Collins. I feel like I’m able to live the way I want to again!
Waited for Doctor to show for appointment for him to walk in and state you need a knee replacement and walk out. No questions no advice no help, look elsewhere for better care and advise. He seemed more interested in his clothes than anything!
Dr. Polkowski and Kyle are the best team on the planet. Friendly and personable, they make you feel at ease from your first consult to your last. I had both knees replaced by them, and will be back for my hips. You can’t go wrong with this professional and highly skilled team.
My hip replacement was worth the trip from Michigan to Nashville. Dr Polkowski and his staff are the best!
