The doctor's PA, David is the most kind and understanding person especially when it comes to dealing with people who have addiction issues. The receptionists are helpful and friendly.
Wish I could leave negative rating!! This place has went to HELL since dr famiglio partnered up with applegate. I have been with this place since before applegate began running it. My bill has ALWAYS BEEN PAID IN CASH BY MYSELF. now that I am having difficulty getting insurance THEY HAVE BEEN SUPER RUDE AND REFUSED ME MEDS!!!!! SO UPSETTING!! Was personally going through some issues, got myself way off track. The staff cared enough to address this with me personally, and by staff I mean The director, the doctor, and Dr Famiglio himself called me personally to check on me and make a plan of action so that I could get back on track and continue successfully with my sobriety.
