In my 60 years this is the worst experience I have had at any doctor's office. While I found Dr. Mitchell to be okay, the office staff was awful . The insurance lady was the biggest scammer I have every encountered. She lied every step of the way. I dont know if she doesn't know her job well or she's just a liar. She did everything she could to avoid paying me back 409.00 dollars which she never should of asked me for. I will never deal with these people again. I was given a referral to see Dr. Gregory Mitchell for some major issues that I was having. Let me be the first to tell you that he is a straight shooter when he converses with you about your condition or treatment options. But don’t let that scare you away because he definitely knows exactly what he is doing and he does it very well. I ended up having to have a major surgery that was performed by Dr. Mitchell and he and his staff took really good care of me before, during, and after the surgery. Dr.Michell he is so nice
I had terrible experiences with Dr. Mitchell when coming to L&D for BP issues years ago. He really overdid it when he ruined my sisters experience in labor being blatantly rude to her during the pushing process. He has rooted such a negative outlook at her process and making her believe “her body failed to do what it was meant to do naturally”
Best doctor ever and his office is great and i highly recommend him
