Dr Krause did surgery on my nasal polyps 10+ years ago and did an amazing job. They just started to return and I’ll send going back. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone and actually have in the past.
Dr Krause and his staff are wonderful
I had my first and only appointment with Dr. Krause today. My office visit was for an issue that I have had for decades and have had two previous surgeries by other physicians, one in the 70s and one in the mid 90s. Dr Krause took an unusual long amount of time to examine me, he is the first physician that has ever performed a certain test that allowed him to visualize the problem. I saw Sandra Shockey, FNP-BC in the office, wow did i like her. She came in asked how i was, i started talking and she waited until i was finished, introduced herself properly and then started talking. She spent a ton of time with me, asked me a lot of questions. She related stories of her own history to mine. I had a procedure while there and she was just so nice and patient. She gave me great information and great advice on lifestyle changes. The nurse was very considerate as well.!!!
Time well spent had a great experience, with Dr. Krause and all the staff. Dr. Krause asked questions and took the time to explain everything to me. This is one doctors visit you won't regret.
I have yet to see Dr krause after 3 visits. The record were written down for a hearing problem instead of what I went for. I can only rate the nurse practioner.
Knowledgeable and professional! He takes the time to explain everything and maintains an easygoing attitude! Great doctor!
Doctor and Nurse Practitioner are great. The receptionist who answers the phone on the other hand is anything but friendly or helpful. Every time I have called I have gotten the worst attitude from her and for no reason. If you don't like people you shouldn't be working in a doctor's office.
