Every one was very pleasant and helpful. Just a little note, when I first arrive non of the receptionist welcome or say “Good Morning” at soon I entered and said I have an appointment their first response was “You need to go to the next window” and any one of them respond to a Good Morning that I said…they did eye contact and one more time they say “One moment” that was understandable because they we’re busy. But Welcoming patients should be platt of the protocol.
Dr Catlett is extremely knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and thorough. I trusted him completely after breaking both kneecaps at different times, one of which he had to surgically repair.

Dr. Catlett and staff are the best each and every time I visit.
Scheduling was easy and they returned my calls. Dr. Catlett was attentive to my concerns and readily put me at ease, explaining clearly what was going on with my knee and how it could be corrected. Surgery went as planned with minimal pain afterwards. Scar healing well and still minimal swelling and pain, but getting stronger every day. I would recommend Dr. Catlett for consultations and any questions you may have regarding replacements and potential surgery. Professional staff and technicians were patient and quick.
