It's been my experience that Ann Arnold Watkins is unscrupulous, unethical, and mendacious in her behavior. My immediate family has had a hard time getting my aunt to deal with us fairly in a trust fund matter. The trust fund belongs to my mother. My aunt had refused to give back my mother's purloined legal documents or let her have access to her accounts. My aunt's lawyer was Ann Watkins. Ann Watkins has proven uncooperative in the whole matter even though her client, my aunt, has been dead for many years.
