I’ve seen Dr Layton for about 16 years now. He’s delivered all three of my kids, he’s always been amazing! However the front desk not so much. I had my first child earlier this year at Banner Gateway. Unfortunaly my doctor Dr Biaggi (who is wonderful) was not on call that day so I had Dr. Layton during the labor of my first child. I have never felt so dismissed, disrespected, and outright abandoned by a medical professional in my life. I was in pain, scared, and trying to advocate for my baby and instead of offering even the bare minimum of compassion or professionalism he treated me like I was an inconvenience.
