I’ve seen Dr Layton for about 16 years now. He’s delivered all three of my kids, he’s always been amazing! However the front desk not so much. I had my first child earlier this year at Banner Gateway. Unfortunaly my doctor Dr Biaggi (who is wonderful) was not on call that day so I had Dr. Layton during the labor of my first child. I have never felt so dismissed, disrespected, and outright abandoned by a medical professional in my life. I was in pain, scared, and trying to advocate for my baby and instead of offering even the bare minimum of compassion or professionalism he treated me like I was an inconvenience. Loved my experience with Dr Layton. His staff was always so kind and he was very attentive to my questions and concerns, especially when I had Gestational Diabetes.
We have great experiences with Dr. Layton. He has delivered two of our kids and we cannot recommend him enough. He is knowledgeable, caring and we would recommend him to anyone.
