I had an appointment scheduled for 3 PM with Dr. Gregory Cohen and I showed up on time, only to find out the doctor had canceled it without any notice or reason. The staff is very unprofessional, they make you wait endlessly, and it’s nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone when you call. They never return phone calls, and I had to call countless times just to try and get a referral that was never sent. The doctor himself is rude and dismissive. I had the worst experience I’ve ever had with a medical professional with Dr Cohen. After a month wait for lab results and follow up appointment, Dr Cohen called me 3 hours before my scheduled telehealth appointment insisting on talking to me right then and there. I informed him that I was in a middle of a meeting at work and could not do the appointment then and would happy to see him at our scheduled time. I had a good experience with this office. The doctor was professional and the support staff was polite attentive and punctual. The office was clean everything moved like it was suppose to..
