This place is a disgrace. My mother had an appointment with them and unfortunately due to other health issues she moves a little slow. She is also somewhat nervous as the procedure is intense. There was a complete lack of empathy or patience from both staff and the doctor. Not to mention that it took them a very long time to even bring my mother back for the procedure.
