Called Brian on a Friday before the long weekend after 6:30pm. Not only did he answer and offered me some suggestions that ended up resolving my issue over the phone, he also suggested to follow up with our original installer and pointed me to where to find there details (as our home was new). He also encouraged me to call him if the issue persists and I wasn't able to get a resolution from the original installing company.
